Medicines are not ordinary goods. Milaan Connect is designed so that every order, invoice and delivery stays within the requirements of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and GST law.
Questions, answered
Who can order on Milaan Connect?
Only licensed retailers (chemists) and distributors. You register with your drug license (Form 20B/21B) and GST details, and our team verifies them before ordering is enabled.
How long does verification take?
Usually within 24 hours. You can log in and browse the catalog while your KYC is being reviewed.
Which dealer supplies my order?
Each pincode is served by an authorised dealer. Your order goes automatically to the dealer for your shop’s pincode.
What payment options are available?
Cash/UPI on delivery, online payment at checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking), and credit for approved accounts within an assigned limit.
What if the dealer can’t supply everything?
The dealer can partially accept your order. You only pay for what is supplied, and if you paid online the difference is refunded automatically.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, a minimum order value of ₹1,000 keeps delivery viable for dealers and couriers.
